About the role

You will lead governance, risk, and compliance for NEOM's cybersecurity program within the CISO Office. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring security KPIs, executive reporting, and running cyber committees and working groups. You will shape policy across NEOM's giga-project ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field
10+ years in cybersecurity GRC
Security KPI definition and executive reporting
Experience running cyber governance committees
Risk and compliance framework expertise
