Leads the identity and access management function for Elm's secure e-services and government digital platforms.
About the role
You will own the IAM function protecting Elm's government and enterprise digital services. The role covers identity lifecycle, access governance, and security controls across large-scale platforms. You will lead a team and set IAM standards and policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, CS, or IT
- 7+ years in IAM with team management
- Identity lifecycle and access governance
- Security governance and compliance
- Experience with enterprise IAM systems
