Lead Engineer, ML QA
Leads quality assurance and validation for G42's machine-learning systems within the Data Analytics & Data Science org. Owns the test frameworks that keep ML pipelines and models production-grade.
About the role
This role heads the ML QA function inside G42's central Data Science organization. You will design automated validation frameworks for model performance, data drift, and pipeline reliability across large-scale AI products. You will define testing standards adopted by multiple ML teams and mentor engineers on ML quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in software/ML quality engineering with team leadership
- Strong Python plus ML testing and validation frameworks
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and data-drift monitoring
- Deep understanding of model evaluation and pipeline reliability
