AI Systems Engineer
Build and integrate AI systems into NEOM's cognitive urban infrastructure at TONOMUS.
About the role
As an AI Systems Engineer you will design and integrate AI models into the smart city stack, from perception to predictive services. You will work with hyperscale compute campuses now central to NEOM's technology plans. The role spans model integration, edge deployment, and system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, or Engineering
- 5+ years in AI/ML systems engineering
- Experience deploying models at edge and scale
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with IoT and real-time systems
