About the role

With NEOM staging construction and refocusing on operational delivery in 2026, TONOMUS needs Operations Managers to run AI-integrated smart city systems. You will oversee data-driven urban services, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage day-to-day operations of cognitive infrastructure. It is central to bringing the world's first cognitive city ecosystem online.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years in operations or smart infrastructure management
Familiarity with IoT and data platforms
Strong stakeholder coordination skills
Experience in complex, large-scale programs
